SMS Program Terms & Conditions
DON offers the option for certain individuals to enroll in the SMS Program to receive certain employment related information, including, but not limited to, the call-in time and date for required Awake and Alert checks, appointment reminders, and employment notifications. By enrolling in the SMS Program from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive text messages from DON. By enrolling in the SMS Program you agree to receive Awake and Alert checks through your mobile phone and further agree to notify DON if/when your mobile phone number changes.
