Attendant Services
Personal Assistance Services (PAS) are provided around a custom Independent Living Plan based on an individual needs for in-home, non-medical care. DON attendants (caregivers) provide customized tasks that help individuals remain independent in their homes or community settings.
Flexible Schedule
DON Services works with consumers to tailor a schedule that suits their wants and needs. Schedules can also be adjusted to fit demanding schedule changes such as medical appointments, social events, etc.
Types of Care
DON caregivers provide hands-on assistance that focuses on helping seniors and/or individuals with disabilities with daily living activities. These activities may include medication reminders, bathing, hair care, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, assistance with eating or drinking, toileting and incontinence care, and ambulation.
Respite
DON Services offers temporary support as relief for those who normally provide services.
Transition Services
DON Services Independent Living Coordinators assist individuals with disabilities as they transition from one stage of life to another. This service covers all transitions, whether it be from an institution back to the community, from a school setting to adult life, or any other life transitions.
