About DON Services
DON Services assists people with disabilities to live how and where they choose by providing Home and Community Based Services in Beaver, Butler, Lawrence and Mercer Counties in Western Pennsylvania.
DON Services became a provider of Home and Community Based Services in May of 2005. We offer alternatives under the CommCare, Independence, OBRA, Attendant Care, Act 150 and PDA Waivers to individuals who choose to live in the community rather than in nursing homes or personal care facilities. Click here for more information on these waiver programs.
DON Services's primary goals are:
- To provide meaningful services to the disabled community
- To establish a better quality of life for those who choose to participate regardless of the nature or severity of their disability
- To empower individuals to achieve self-sufficiency, independent living, inclusion and integration into all aspects of society
